I am thrilled to teach yoga more regularly in Pittsburgh starting 2015. Please join me for classes that are challenging, yet nurturing for the body, mind and spirit.
My classes are inspired by my work as a dancer and are characterized by a focus on guided inquiry and hands-on adjustments that address strengths and challenges for each individual. I approach each class with the following guideline (see below); however, I ultimately respond to the bodies in the room and modify accordingly.
I teach classes regularly on Monday Evenings, and sub for other teachers at Schoolhouse Yoga. The following is my Jan/Feb Schedule.
